The 2023 Scholarship cycle from the Harford County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation is now open for applications!
There are scholarships available for high school seniors, returning adult students, and returning Veteran students in the following subject areas:
Arts, Media and Communication
Business, Finance and Information Technology
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
Health and Human Services
William B. Seccurro Teacher Education Scholarship (for a student pursuing education to become a teacher)
Technology/Trade
Applicants must be residents of Harford County and enroll in at least 12 credits at a college or university the following Fall (not applicable to the trade scholarship. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and complete the application with all required supporting documents.
