Introducing the Learn Local Scholarship!

The Harford County Chamber of Commerce and CONECT are proud to announce the Learn Local scholarship; a brand-new scholarship for Harford County high school seniors looking to continue their education in Harford County.

The Learn Local scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship for high school seniors looking to continue their education in Harford County. This scholarship will be based on recommendations from principals, guidance counselors, or teachers rather than a GPA requirement and can be used to help a student pursue a degree or workforce training.
