The Harford County Chamber of Commerce presents the National Civics Bee! Middle School students can enter the competition by writing a 500-word essay that describes a problem in your community and how you would solve it. Submit your essay by February 24th to enter the competition! Download a list of possible essay topics below.

20 finalists will be chosen to compete in the civics bee live quiz event, testing your civics knowledge! The top 3 candidates will advance to the state competition and first place will win cash prizes!
